I was born in Guantánamo, Cuba, and since I was little, the kitchen was my favorite place. There, alongside my grandmother, my mom, and my dad, I learned that every dish tells a story and that cooking is much more than mixing ingredients: it's love, it's memory, it's identity.
My mission
Since 2020, I've been living in Spain, but my heart remains in Cuba. That's why I created @recetacubana: so that no Cuban, wherever they are, loses the taste of their homeland. Today we're a community of more than 2 million people on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest, all united by the same love for our cuisine.
13 years cooking with soul
With more than a decade of experience in cooking, my goal is simple: that every recipe you share at your table tastes "just like grandma used to make it". I combine traditional techniques with practical solutions for those of us who live far away and don't always find the ingredients from back home.
