About the App

1. What is recetacubana.app?

It is a web application (PWA) where you can find authentic Cuban recipes, themed collections, and tools to cook better (kitchen mode, favorites, and weekly planner).

2. Do I need to pay to use the app?

Currently, full access is offered through subscription plans. These plans include all recipes, exclusive collections, and advanced features.

In the future, we might enable a limited free mode, but for now, access is by subscription only.

3. On which devices can I use it?

It works on any modern browser (mobile, tablet, or desktop). You can install it as a PWA from your browser for faster access and to use it in full-screen mode.

Subscriptions and Payments

4. How do subscriptions work?

We offer different plans (Monthly, Annual, VIP). By subscribing, you will have access to premium content and advanced features. Payments are processed through a secure provider.

5. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel it at any time directly from your profile on recetacubana.app. The cancellation will stop the automatic renewal, and you can continue to enjoy the service until your already paid period ends.

6. Do you have a refund policy?

No. As these are digital products with immediate access, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed.

Yes. With a single click, you can add any recipe to your favorites list and access them easily.

It's a tool that allows you to organize your recipes for the week, making grocery shopping easier and saving you time in the kitchen.
